Ltd., a real-estate consultancy headquartered at Ambuja Eco Suite, 5th Floor, Suite No. 505, Near City Centre 2, New Town, Kolkata – 700157, West Bengal, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through mdproperties.co, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to share with us:

• Contact & enquiry forms — your name, phone number, email address (optional), what you're interested in, and any message you write.
• Direct channels — if you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
• Job applications — your CV and the details you send to hr@mdproperties.co or via WhatsApp.

We do not collect payment information on this website, and we do not use tracking cookies of our own. Embedded services (such as Google Maps or hosted videos) may set their own cookies, governed by their respective privacy policies.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and share the property information you asked for.
• To arrange site visits and follow up on your requirements.
• To consider your application if you applied for a role with us.

We contact you only in connection with your enquiry. We do not send bulk marketing to form submissions, and we honour requests to stop contacting you at any time.

Where your data lives & who sees it

Form submissions are received securely by our website host (Netlify) and forwarded to our official email. Enquiry details are maintained in our internal customer-management system, accessible only to the MD Properties team. We never sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to serve your enquiry — for example, sharing your name and phone number with a developer's site team to book the visit you requested — or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to assist you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You may ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw consent to be contacted.
